Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how I handle information across the apps I develop and publish. I'm Umut Can Arduç ("I", "me").

Information I Collect

My apps do not collect personal information. I don't operate a server or backend for them — there's nowhere for data to be sent. Anything an app calculates or saves is generated and stored entirely on your device.

Location Data

Some of my apps use your device's GPS to power on-device features, such as live speed tracking or trip logging. This may include location access while an app runs in the background, so a feature like trip recording can continue while your phone is mounted or locked. Location data is always processed on-device only, for that app's own features, and is never transmitted to me or to any third party.

How Information Is Used

Because no information leaves your device, there's nothing for me to use, analyze, or sell. Any history or saved data exists only to power that app's own screens, and you can delete it at any time from within the app.

Sharing Your Information

I don't share any information, because I don't collect any. The only outside party involved at all is Apple, which processes payments for any Premium subscriptions through the App Store — see Apple's Privacy Policy for how it handles that. My apps do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Your Rights

Since I hold no personal data on my end, there's nothing for me to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. You're always in control of what's stored on your own device, and can remove it at any time from within an app or by deleting it.

Children's Privacy

My apps do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because they do not collect information from anyone at all.

Changes

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including as I release new apps. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
